zur schnellen fehlersuche ist es sinnvoll das logging des windows installer per policy einzuschalten. das geschieht ueber folgenden registry-key:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer]
"Logging"="voicewarmup"

der erzeugten logfiles liegen dann im %temp%-verzeichnis und beginnen mit "MSI*.log"
