What are some of the positives and negatives of Unattended Set-up compared to an image installation of an Operating System.

Imaging, even if followed by a Sysprep, is always something pretty static and does not allow you the in-depth configuration that can be performed by a native (=unattended) Installation
The advantage of imaging, on the other hand, is the speed.
