Ganz ohne Updates ging Microsofts Patch-Day dann doch nicht vorüber. Für zwei bereits bekannte Sicherheitslücken reichten die Redmonder Patches für Win98, 98SE und ME nach. Letzte Woche hatte man noch angekündigt, keine Updates herausgeben zu wollen. Allerdings gab es keine Updates zum Schließen neuer Lücken.
